The flavor-rich pulp of ripe, red peppers is blended with authentic (PDO) cheeses, salted Ricotta Romana and Pecorino Romano, for an explosive taste of Southern Italy.
Ingredients: water, olive oil, Ricotta Romana DOP cheese (ewe’s whey, salt) 15.4%, red pepper concentrate 14%, dextrose, onion, double concentrated tomato, Pecorino Romano DOP cheese 2.2% (ewe’s milk, salt, rennet), maize starch, acidity regulator: E270, whey protein, sugar, salt, chilli powder, oregano.
Store at room temperature before opening, store in a refrigerator + 4c after opening, not more than 4 days.
